Delivery Information
Fire Extinguishers 2 You offer NEXT DAY delivery to all
areas of the UK. If you live outside mainland UK please
call us on us on
0800 862 0447
for accurate delivery charges to your area. Goods ordered
before 2pm will be despatched on the same day. We do not offer
compensation for goods which are delayed by unforeseen
circumstance or acts of god such as bad weather.

Returns Policy
If you would like to return an item you must
contact Fire Extinguishers 2 You in writing via email or letter
within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns that have not been acknowledged by Fire
Extinguishers 2 You. Any goods approved for return must clearly
quote our advice note number or invoice number. We do not accept
liability for any returns whilst in transit to us. The buyer
must pay the costs of transporting any returns to Fire
Extinguishers 2 You. If an item is faulty please inform us
within 7 days and we will offer an exchange or refund as required
including carriage.

Free 5 Year Guarantee
5 Year Guarantee covers any manufacturing faults and defects. The
equipment must be installed by a competent person and maintained
annually to BS5306-3 standards. Replacement parts fitted during annual
maintenance are not covered. Accidental damage is not covered by the
guarantee.
